Ms. Mahaney has over 15 years of real estate capital markets experience, including establishing Real Asset Strategies Inc. Ms. Mahaney has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Finance and Marketing, from Coastal Carolina University, a Masters in Financial Management from the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, is a CFA charterholder, and is a FSA Credential Holder from the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board. Previously, Ms. Mahaney led Investor Relations at Crombie REIT. Prior to that, she was part of the strategy and research team at Cadillac Fairview and a REIT analyst at Sentry Investments (now CI Financial), analyzing and recommending global real estate investments.
